Returns and Exchanges

RETURNS

While we always hope you find exactly what you're looking for, we gladly accept returns within the U.S.A. (Excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return, email us at customercare@girlwithcurves.com requesting a return label. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive a pre-paid return label via email.

Once your return label is received via email, print the return label, carefully pack your item(s) in the original condition with tags attached and original packaging in tact. Affix your shipping label to the package, making sure no other tracking labels are shown.

When your package is received, a refund will be credited, less the return label amount of $7.95 which will be deducted from your return credit amount. You will receive an email once the return is completed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for return processing.

*Items must be returned in new, unused conditioned, with original tags attached and original packaging in tact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Unidentified returns may be returned to sender.

Please Note: We do not accept international returns, or return from Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time.

 

EXCHANGES

We offer a one-time, FREE exchange within 14 days of order receipt. To start an exchange, email customercare@girlwithcurves.com with your request.

*Items must be returned in new, unused conditioned, with original tags attached and original packaging in tact. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer. Unidentified returns may be returned to sender.

Please Note: Additional exchanges must be shipped with the delivery method of the customer's choice, using a pre-paid label.

We do not offer International exchanges, or exchanges from Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico at this time. 

 

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

One price adjustment on full-priced merchandise may be made within 7 days from the original date of purchase. To receive a price adjustment, please email customercare@girlwithcurves.com and refer to your order number. *Other promotions may be excluded.
